(1)SELF AND VISION DISCOVERY: This is the primary and delicate activities of a youthful stage of life, which can be linked to the trimester of pregnancy stage is act of self and vision discovery. Guidance and counseling discernment of once engagement likings and disliking, principles and policies, commissions, and omissions, failures and successes, challenges and struggles, talent and characters exhibited, youths and their parent/guardians with conscious sense of curiosity discover the tomorrow or future of the youth. (2)LAYING FOUNDATION FOR THE FUTURE: This youthful stage is the time for laying foundation for the future and evening of once life, based on the discovery of self and vision, any activity that is not tailored towards, and is not capable of warranting better years in the future must not be engaged by a youth with the vision of a fulfilled future. Positive thinking and reasoning faith and belief, positioning of once psychology must be actively involved.
(3) INVESTING FOR THE FUTURE: This is the youthful stage for planning in order to harvest later in life and so it is a time of automatic and unconditional investment, whoever does anyhow, is all his/her future investment as the future is an automatic product of these action, in the rule of this investment, a lot of mere gains and satisfactions are neglected and forego, especially those that are poisonous. Once time, talent and treasure are invested into achieving ones vision with extra focus, attention and detection.
(4)MAXIMISING THE 3TS (talent, time, treasures): this youthful stage brings number two and three together and using number two and three to set number two in full motion, it is a stage of no going back, they 3TS are also invested and geared towards future greatness through researches, academic works, learning of trades etc.
